Order changes

I need to change the billing address on my order

Once an order has been placed, it's not possible to change the billing address.

If you have received an order confirmation email, that means your order and payment have gone through without a problem.


We don't include the billing address, or any pricing details with our packages, so if you're sending the package to a gift recipient, you don't need to worry about them seeing the billing information.

I need to change the shipping address on my order

Please contact us ASAP, and be sure to include the new shipping address. If the order has not yet been dispatched, we'll be able to update the shipping address.

Can I cancel my order?

We generally begin processing orders within 1-12 hours of the order being placed. As all of our products are personalized and/or printed to order, we cannot cancel an order once production has begun.

I need to change the name to be printed on the blanket

We generally begin processing orders within 1-12 hours of the order being placed. Once production has begun, we're unable to change the name on the blanket.

It you've only recently placed the order, contact us and we'll check if it's possible to change the name.

Shipping

When will my order be shipped / Why hasn't my order shipped yet?

Our standard production time is currently 2-5 business days, so from the date you place your order, please allow between 2-5 business days (not including weekends) for your order to be produced and ready to ship. Once the item has shipped, then allow 2-4 business days for delivery by USPS.

Can you rush or expedite my order?

We don't currently offer an expedited production or shipping service.

Shipping timeframe and costs

Shipping within the US is $5.95 flat rate for unlimited items.

We use USPS for shipping, and allow 2-4 business days for delivery once your item has been made.

Sending as a gift

Can you send my gift without any pricing informaiton or a receipt?

We don't include any pricing or billing information with any of our packages.

Can I include a gift message?

Yes, just enter your gift message in the 'gift message' field during checkout. Your gift message will be printed on the packing slip included with the package.

Can you gift wrap my blanket?

We don't offer gift wrapping, however all of our blankets do include our super cute packaging as standard, making them perfect to send as a gift. You can see the packaging here.

Personalization and customization

Can you print a first and middle name on a blanket?

Yes we can print a first and middle name. Depending on how long the name is, we will decrease the font size to fit the name in.

Can I choose a different font?

Currently we do only offer each blanket in the font that is shown on the product page.

Can I purchase a blanket without a name on it?

Yes, we can print a blanket without a name. Just enter 'no personalization' in the baby's name section when you order, and we'll leave the name blank.
